Exhibitor Costs
The show will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis, blocks away from New York's top consumer and trade press editors. The show is a tabletop themed show.
Each exhibitor will have a skirted 6' tabletop. There is NO LIMIT of new products per exhibitor.

Why are media events important?
It's the best way for companies to engage in face to face interaction with top consumer, trade, broadcast and newspaper editors. How many times have you met a products editor from "O" Oprah Magazine, Woman's Day, Real Simple, Family Circle and many others?
Why do journalists attend?
Journalists walk the show because 1) its a quick way to view 50 different company offerings and pre-select what they would like to review. 2) its in New York...the heart of the publishing world...and perfect for editors to visit for a few hours.
What kinds of products are the journalists seeking?
Any consumer products that are green or eco-friendly. There will be a wide cross section of journalists there with different beats...whether it be personal care or home products. Other areas include gifts, health and fitness and many more.
Are exhibitors offered exclusivity?
In some cases, exclusivity is offered at an additional fee. The Green Products Expo is not a product-exclusive show like our Holiday Gift Guide Show.
What does it cost to exhibit at the event?
The cost to showcase as many products as you like at your table starts at only $1,250.00. If you are an advertising agency or manufacturer and would like to arrange for multiple tables please contact us for special pricing.

What is the style of the event?
The events are designed to accommodate 50-75 exhibitors with tabletops. Most exhibitors simply bring products (samples to give to editors), press kits and brochures. The show will have approximately 150-250 RSVP'ed journalists, while 100 to 150 will attend.
What is provided during the event?
We will provide an online press kit for each exhibitor and skirted table. The show will have a large show directory that each journalist will get in addition to their show bag for press kits.
How do journalists find out about the event?
The Green Products Expo staff will contact media a few months before the show and gather RSVPs. We've contacted journalists in the past few months and understand there is a definite interest in Green Products.
